Excellent food if you are looking for Vegetarian or vegetable rich dishes. Lentil soup was tasty, and the salads fresh and well spiced. We decided to order several dishes to share and topped it off with a delicious Turkish coffee.Will be back next time we come to Vancouver ❤

Best pita in the city, hands down. Would also highly recommend the Sweet Sheep Chipotle and Dill Dip - they should come with a warning because I've definitely eaten a whole pot in one sitting... Must visit!!

This place is an amazing experience! The thing that makes it so wonderful is your host, chef, owner and new friend Ofra. She's one of those people that is 100% in the right place and doing the right thing.Her hospitality is amazing. She made friends with everyone that arrived, or was already friends with them.The food is simple, honest and delightful. The food is all vegan friendly, making it a must visit for vegans and vegetarians.The restaurant itself is a little run down, but managed to be homey with it!Pay Ofra a visit for lunch or dinner, she's a Vancouver gem!

Smoked meat was fantastic we had the smoked meat on baguette as well as a Reuben sandwich. Both sandwiches were absolutely amazing. The Sweet potato fries were excellent as well. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant!

Salatim Platter - Comes with Tahini, Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Garlic Labneh, Garlic sweet tomatoes, and ground roasted red peppers, Dukkah, Pickles and pickled carrots, falafel and 3 pita. In general very fun to eat, and the pita were fluffy and fresh. The hummus is well rounded and had chick peas in it, and the tahini had a slight bitterness for balance.Falafel was good, especially dipped in the all the dips. Tomatoes burst in your mouth with a sweet savory flavour, and the red pepper mash was aromatic and roasted. Pickles provided a refreshing sourness. The pitas tasted and smelled freshly baked, which gives it a unique aroma that I don't get to experience often.Roasted Cauliflower - Cauliflower was soft and tender, with the outside being charred and has a smoky flavor. Bitterness is balanced with pomegranate and herby paste and pine nuts to give it a variance in texture. Was told about this place for making a killer shawarma so I drove to the Dufferin in langstaff area.From the moment you walked in you're treated like a VIP. The problem with a lot of shawarma places is they store their chicken on their hot table for who knows how long and they don't make their own pita wraps. Here at Mr laffa they make their own pitas and they cut the chicken off the spit. Very very good they're baklavas were excellent and they were very nice people. The shawarma was excellent I just get chicken pickles and garlic. The baklavas were very very good this is a highly recommended place. I would say in my top three shawarma places in Vaughan. Delicious food but we ordered way too much! The Delicatessen Extra Vaganznwas the only way to try the latkas but it's really a meal for 3-4 people, not two!! It was still very good but we're stuffed. Also worth ordering was the halloumi sticks and tahini salad
